Answer Messenger questions from your knowledge base

Connect a Facebook Page and KnowStack drafts or sends replies to customer messages, using only what your knowledge base says. You choose review or autopilot.

TL;DR

KnowStack reads each message sent to your Facebook Page, finds the answer in your knowledge base, and writes a reply. In review mode a person sends it. On autopilot it goes out on its own. When the knowledge base has no answer, it sends your holding message or stays silent, and flags the conversation for a person.

Why it matters

Customers ask the same questions in Messenger every day: prices, opening hours, delivery, availability. The answers are already in your knowledge base. KnowStack connects the two.

How it works

  1. Connect a Facebook Page you manage and pick the knowledge base to answer from.
  2. Start in review mode. Each draft shows the knowledge base sections it used, so you can check the facts before sending.
  3. Switch a Page to autopilot when you trust the answers.

What the knowledge base does

Each reply is based on named sections of your knowledge base. Questions without an answer are collected in Insights and can be added to the knowledge base from there.

When it has no answer

On autopilot, KnowStack sends the holding message you wrote, or stays silent if you left it empty. Either way the conversation is marked as needing a person and your team is notified.

Questions

Can I check replies before they are sent?

Yes. Every Page starts in review mode, where each reply waits until a person sends, edits, or discards it.

How long can automatic replies be sent?

Meta lets a company reply automatically for 24 hours after the customer's last message. KnowStack works within that rule.
