Free Trial
Professional and Business plans offer a 7-day free trial. During the trial you get full access to all plan features with the same AI usage cap as the paid plan ($10 for Professional, $20 for Business). A credit card is required to start a trial. You can start a trial from the Billing page by selecting the plan you want to try.
Each company can only use one trial. Your subscription automatically starts after the trial unless you cancel before it ends. If you cancel, any AI usage during the trial will still be billed to your card, and your workspace returns to the Starter plan. Your data is preserved, but features beyond Starter limits become unavailable.
Changing Plans
- Go to the Billing page from the sidebar.
- Click 'Change Plan' on the Current Plan card.
- Select your desired plan.
- You will be redirected to a secure checkout page (powered by Stripe) to enter payment details.
- After successful payment, your new plan is active immediately.
- Upgrades and downgrades are prorated -- you only pay for the time remaining in your billing cycle.
Canceling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. When you cancel, your plan continues until the end of the current billing period. After that, your workspace reverts to the Starter plan. You can resume your subscription at any time before the period ends to reverse the cancellation.
