Getting Help
If you need help with KnowStack, you have multiple options for getting assistance.
Support Tickets
The Support page (accessible from the dashboard) lets you create support tickets and communicate directly with the KnowStack team.
- Go to the Support page from the dashboard navigation.
- Click 'New Ticket' to create a support request.
- Choose a category (bug report, feature request, question, or other).
- Describe your issue in detail. You can attach files (screenshots, documents) to help explain the problem.
- Click 'Submit' to create the ticket.
- You will receive email notifications when the team replies to your ticket.
Ticket Lifecycle
Support tickets go through a standard lifecycle:
- Open -- Your ticket has been submitted and is awaiting attention
- In Progress -- A team member is actively working on your issue
- Resolved -- The issue has been addressed. You can reopen if needed.
- Closed -- The ticket is finalized
Viewing Your Tickets
The Support page shows all your tickets with filter chips to quickly view tickets by status (All, Open, In Progress, Resolved). Click on any ticket to view the full conversation thread and add replies.
