Managing Integrations
All integrations are managed from the Data Collection page. Each integration type has its own tab with sub-tabs for connecting, selecting, fetching, and browsing data.
Checking Integration Status
Each tab in Data Collection shows a badge with the count of items available for that source. For example, the Emails tab shows the number of fetched emails, and the Websites tab shows the number of crawled domains.
Background Processing
Data fetching (crawling, email sync, Telegram fetch, Slack fetch) runs in the background. You do not need to keep the page open. When a job completes, you will receive a notification. An activity banner at the top of the Data Collection page shows real-time status when operations are running.
Troubleshooting Integrations
- If a Gmail connection fails, try disconnecting and reconnecting. You may need to re-authorize permissions in your Google account.
- If IMAP connection fails, double-check your server settings (host, port, username, password). Ensure your email provider allows IMAP access.
- If a website crawl finds fewer pages than expected, the site may use JavaScript rendering or block crawlers.
- If Telegram connection fails with an authentication error, ensure you are entering the code from the Telegram app (not SMS).
- If Slack channels are not appearing, make sure the connected account has access to those channels.
