Viewing & Navigating
The Knowledge Base page is where you view, browse, and interact with your generated Knowledge Bases. It features a split-panel layout with a table of contents on the left and content on the right.
Selecting a Knowledge Base
If you have multiple KBs, use the version selector dropdown at the top of the left sidebar. It shows all available Knowledge Bases with their names and creation dates. Click on any KB to load it.
Table of Contents
The left sidebar displays a hierarchical table of contents with two levels:
- Level 1 sections -- Top-level topics (e.g., 'Company Overview', 'Products & Services')
- Level 2 subsections -- Sub-topics within each section (e.g., 'Mission Statement', 'Core Values')
- Click any section to navigate to it in the content panel
- The currently active section is highlighted in the table of contents
- Sections can be expanded or collapsed to show or hide their subsections
Content Panel
The right panel displays the content of the selected section. Content is organized into blocks -- paragraphs, lists, notes, warnings, tables, and other rich content types. If you have edit permissions, you will see an 'Edit' button to modify the content.
Mobile Navigation
On mobile phones, the table of contents is hidden by default to maximize reading space. Tap the table of contents icon (hamburger-like icon) at the top of the page to open a slide-up sheet showing the full table of contents. Tap any section to navigate to it.
