AI Grading and Manager Override

Grading happens automatically the moment a candidate submits. Multiple choice and true/false questions are scored instantly against the stored correct answer. Short answer and essay responses are graded by AI against the question's reference answer and the source KB content.

When to Override

  • A candidate gave a valid alternative answer the AI did not recognize
  • Partial credit is warranted for a partially correct response
  • The AI was too lenient or too strict on a judgment-call answer
  • You want to add written feedback that will be visible to the candidate once results are released

How Overrides Work

Open the assignment, find the response, enter the adjusted score, and optionally add feedback. The total score and pass/fail status recalculate automatically. Overrides are tracked so you can see which responses were adjusted manually and by whom.
