Profile Settings

Profile settings let you manage your personal account information. Access them by going to Settings and selecting the Profile tab.

Available Profile Options

  • Profile Picture -- Upload a photo (JPEG, PNG, GIF, or WebP) to personalize your avatar. Your initials are shown by default.
  • Display Name -- Set the name that appears to other team members throughout the platform.
  • Email -- Your login email address (read-only; this is set during sign-up).
  • Role -- Shows your current role in the company (read-only; set by your admin).
  • Timezone -- Override your company's default timezone. This affects when you receive digest emails and how activity timestamps are displayed.

Updating Your Profile

  1. Make your changes in the profile form.
  2. Click 'Save Changes' at the bottom of the form.
  3. A success message will confirm the update.
  4. Click 'Cancel' to discard any unsaved changes.

Deleting Your Account

At the bottom of the Profile tab, there is a Danger Zone section. Here you can permanently delete your account. Account deletion removes your profile and all associated data. There is a grace period during which you can cancel the deletion by logging back in.

Account deletion is permanent after the grace period. Make sure you have exported any data you need before initiating deletion.
