FAQs

Is HR Tests included in my plan?

HR Tests is included on all paid plans -- Professional, Business, and Enterprise. AI usage for question generation and grading is billed through the standard pay-as-you-go AI usage model.

Do external candidates need a KnowStack account?

No. External candidates receive a secure access link by email and take the test without signing up for anything. Only their name and email are captured so you can match results to the person you invited.

Can I edit a test after assigning it?

Yes, but edits only apply to future assignments. Assignments already in flight use a snapshot of the questions taken at the moment they were assigned, so in-progress candidates are never affected by your edits.

What languages are supported?

Questions are generated in the same output language as the source Knowledge Base. If your KB is in Spanish, the test will be in Spanish. AI grading works across the same languages as KB generation.

Can candidates see the correct answer after submitting?

Candidates see their score, pass/fail status, and any feedback you added during override once you release results. By default they do not see the full correct answer to every question -- that behavior keeps tests reusable for other candidates.

How is candidate data stored and deleted?

Candidate name, email, and responses are stored in your workspace tenant and subject to the same isolation and encryption as the rest of your KnowStack data. Deleting an assignment removes the response record; deleting the test removes all associated assignments and responses.
