Releasing Results

Scores are not visible to candidates until you release them. This gives you time to review AI grading, apply overrides, and make sure feedback is appropriate before the candidate sees it.

What Happens on Release

  • The candidate receives an email notification that results are available
  • Internal candidates also get a bell notification
  • The results page becomes active on the same link they used to take the test
  • The candidate sees their score, pass/fail status, and per-question feedback where provided

Release is intentionally separate from submission so you can batch-review candidates or wait until grading is complete before any candidate sees their result.
